A Wide Range of Tiles and Accessories!

We offer a vast collection of ceramic tiles which are world renowned for their beauty, ease of maintenance and ease of installation. Ceramic tiles are less dense, and softer as they are kiln-fired at a lower temperature than porcelain tiles. A mixture of less refined clays and other natural materials such as sand, quartz and water are used in the production of ceramic tiles. Ceramic tiles offer a natural coolness which is a welcome perk in the summer months.

Refined clay and other natural elements make up the composition of porcelain tiles. After being kiln-fired, it is either left in its natural state or transformed to look like wood, stone or other materials. Porcelain has a low absorption rate of less than 0.5%. This means that it is harder, denser, tougher, and less porous than ceramic tile, making it virtually impervious to water damage, even after prolonged exposure. It is an ideal choice for bathrooms, laundry rooms, patios, and other moisture-prone areas. Porcelain tile is excellent for heavy traffic areas over long periods of time.

Natural stone is used for decorative purposes in construction and has natural variations. These variations include differences in veining and shades that are provided to us by Mother Nature. We have a variety of natural stone tiles in-store including granite, marble, slate, travertine and limestone which are used for indoor/outdoor floor and wall applications. Natural stone tiles are porous by nature and susceptible to staining and scratching. Additional maintenance and care will be required. We sell top end sealers to ensure your natural stone stays pristine for years.

Mosaic tiles are chosen for their eye-catching designs and are excellent choices for kitchen backsplashes, shower floors, accent walls and so much more. They are extremely versatile and add intricate designs to any room. Mosaic tiles are usually held together on a mesh-mounted sheet and can comprise of a variety of combinations of sizes, shapes, colours and materials including ceramic, porcelain, metal, mirror, glass and even natural stone.

Mortars and grouts are essential components in any tile installation project. Mortar is used to bind or adhere tiles to various surfaces. Grout on the other hand is used to fill the spaces between tiles and serves to prevent cracks and chips along tile edges, and it provides additional bonding. The grouts we sell are durable, abrasion resistant, crack/shrink resistant, mold/mildew resistant and are universal for floors and walls. They can be used in interior, exterior and submersible applications and are suitable for grouting a range of surfaces, such as porcelain, ceramic, stone, and glass. We also have a variety of mortar, including modified and unmodified, that can be used for applications ranging from installing glass to large format tiles.

We also have a range of tiling accessories in-store that are essential in the completion of any tiling project from tile-cutters to leveling systems.
